A Year That Counts

“If we are not intentionally turning hearts toward God, then we are just nice people pointing in the wrong direction.” – Paul A. Lewis
Do you want to have a bountiful year?
You can have a year that is overflowing with God’s love and blessings.
Seek God
Make time for prayer and Bible reading. Jesus knew this is important! He took time away from the crowds of people to be refreshed and renewed. We need to make time to be renewed in our fellowship with God. Life is busy. This shouldn’t be an excuse for not seeking God in our lives.
Serve God
You can serve God. Each person who is a child of God has physical and spiritual gifts. God wants you to use them for His honor and glory. Look around you. Are you just being a nice person or are you being an example of Christ by serving God? The disciples were not just nice people. They served God. Many times at the risk of their own lives. We do not not face many of the dangers they faced. This should be an inspiration for us to bring others to the Lord.
Are you ready for a big dose of inspiration, encouragement, and practical help? Do you want to be refreshed, revived, renewed, and rejuvenated?

Looking forward to hearing you Lois and the others. I have been listening to the messages and just love them. On my 2nd and 3rd time around and looking for some new ones.
Wow!! How inspiring! This really motivates me to make this year really count for Christ. Ouch! Convicting too!
How true. Christians need to start living more like Christ…what I need a LOT of help on. It will be a challenge but I am looking forward to something hard to do. The results will be beyond anyone’s imagination. I can’t wait!
That’s great! I’ve been working on this in school this year, its hard to do, but its definitly worth it! God will reward those who “live like you were dead”, as we learned at snow camp this past weekend.
I liked Paul’s quote, and I just read a book that is showing people how to serve God
We all need to change something in our lives for God and adjust our schedule for Him. We really need to include Him in our lives. We all have gifts that we can use for God and we don’t use them. We need to embrace God and lift Him up with joyful sounds.
Lois, you have such great thoughts and insights! I love that quote by Paul Lewis!
I like all the great helps in daily living and the spiritual help from each session.
